About the role
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
- Work with business users to define, analyze, and prioritize problems, and align appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop, document, and manage requirements, providing detailed design and business rules to support project goals.
- Review system test plans, execute system tests, and ensure end-user documentation and training are accurate.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver products and services, providing advanced input on processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area.
- 3 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
- Strong knowledge of system development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proficient in Excel with knowledge in finance/accounting processes.
- Experience in data integration and analysis.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus.
