About the role
- Partner with E&S leadership to ensure process and operational initiatives align with organizational strategy and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives—from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, measurement, and post-launch optimization.
- Champion advertiser and operational needs in new and existing programs, ensuring the voice of the customer and associate informs decision-making.
- Identify and address workflow inefficiencies by leading structured improvement programs that streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) to drive sustained efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate audits, process shadowing, and training to ensure consistent execution and quality across global teams.
- Establish feedback loops to capture learnings, monitor adoption, and track ongoing performance.
- Translate program strategy into actionable metrics and KPIs to assess program health, efficiency, and capacity.
- Identify risks, escalate proactively, and drive alignment on mitigation plans across teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to drive process parity and excellence across the advertiser lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, digital media/advertising, or related area and 2 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
- 4 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
- 3+ years of experience in AdTech, program operations, or related technology environments.
- Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes at scale.
- Strong collaborator with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced in program or project management, with the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
- Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insights into strategic and operational recommendations.
- Familiarity with structured improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) is a plus.
