About the role
- Draft clear, comprehensive standards documentation in accordance with established policy requirements.
- Implement effective controls to ensure compliance with relevant policies impacting marketplace and eCommerce operations.
- Develop and oversee ongoing monitoring mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of implemented controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align compliance standards and processes across operational teams.
- Mitigate risk through the continuous identification, escalation, and resolution of compliance-related issues within marketplace activities.
- Stay on top of risk and legislation issues that impact Walmart and proactively identify new policies to mitigate against brand risk from fraudulent sellers.
- Manage relationships with Risk Ops teams and act as a policy consultant for seller policies/guidelines implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
- International experience (preferred)
- Masters: Business Administration (preferred)
- Project Management Professional - Certification (preferred)
