About the role
- Develop and execute real estate procurement strategies to optimize financial and operational outcomes.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses to support facility development initiatives.
- Lead supplier development programs by establishing performance metrics and driving accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design innovative solutions for real estate management challenges.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, communicating goals and performance results.
- Oversee team development through mentoring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop demand plans for select warehouse sites – Leveraging available data & connecting flat files.
- Identify orders that need to be placed without reliance on system output.
- Manage new product integration & warehouse spatial constraints / Consolidate existing workstreams into physical enterprise solutions.
- Manage capacity differences and developing mitigation plans including communicating highs and lows driving IMSC labor planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate procurement, supplier development, and strategic procurement within complex operational environments.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating the financial impact of real estate initiatives.
- Ability to develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize labor and facility capacity utilization.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership engagement.
- Expertise in process improvement, data-driven decision making, and performance measurement for supplier accountability.
- Effective communication skills to present financial and operational results.
- Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 2 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
