  • Lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of seamless, end-to-end journeys for Sam’s Club members across multiple services

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management or related roles
  • Proven ability to design and deliver experiences that bridge digital and in-club environments
  • Deep expertise in using quantitative and qualitative insights to shape strategy, measure impact, and make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of how to apply AI and intelligent systems to drive efficiency, insight, and personalization in product workflows
  • Demonstrated success influencing and aligning teams across business, technology, design, and operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
