About the role
- Lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of seamless, end-to-end journeys for Sam’s Club members across multiple services
- Define how members discover, purchase, and engage with offerings across digital and in-club experiences
- Connect the member experience across diverse service categories
- Leverage data, AI, and automation to identify opportunities, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable impact
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management or related roles
- Proven ability to design and deliver experiences that bridge digital and in-club environments
- Deep expertise in using quantitative and qualitative insights to shape strategy, measure impact, and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of how to apply AI and intelligent systems to drive efficiency, insight, and personalization in product workflows
- Demonstrated success influencing and aligning teams across business, technology, design, and operations
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
