About the role
- Collaborating with the CTO as well as the Global Technology leadership team to develop a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Providing strategic guidance and resources to support the CTO's vision across both technology and business functions
- Ensuring the CTO has the necessary materials, resources, and support to drive their overall vision
- Maturing the overall global tech strategy team's products and processes utilized to effectively enable the team to operate
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or strategy development, preferably in the software industry
- Ability to create and execute board-level material and strategic vision
- Ability to lead initiatives and establish production goals across various teams
- Familiarity with industry-leading technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Consulting or executive advising experience is a plus.
