Lead complex, large-scale technical programs by defining goals and managing cross-functional dependencies
Drive end-to-end technology solutions and ensure successful delivery within resource and timeline constraints
Oversee system integration and promote operational excellence
Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement in program management practices
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Architecture, and Business partners for program execution
Define technical program goals, delivery milestones, and success metrics across multiple workstreams
Communicate technical program status, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
Apply deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and risk/change management practices to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership
Experience managing large software portfolios and collaborating across business and technical domains
Option 1: 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area with a bachelor's degree
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
Certification in Project Management, PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in retail or e-commerce domains preferred
