About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the product portfolio across pricing and competitive intelligence, pricing recommendations and experimentation, and pricing execution
  • Define the multi-year product strategy
  • Establish portfolio priorities and outcomes
  • Lead senior product leaders and multiple product teams
  • Align business, science, and technology partners around investment and execution decisions
  • Set product strategy and investment priorities across pricing intelligence, decisioning, experimentation, and execution
  • Translate customer, competitive, merchant, and business needs into measurable product and pricing outcomes
  • Partner with Pricing, Merchandising, Economics, Data Science, and Engineering to advance pricing recommendations and decision systems
  • Establish experimentation and measurement to improve pricing decisions and quantify impact
  • Advance AI, optimization, and automation where they improve decision quality, speed, or scale
  • Drive reliable, observable, and governed pricing execution
  • Make portfolio trade-offs and align senior leaders on investments, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Manage the end-to-end pricing lifecycle across stores and digital channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in retail pricing, pricing technology, or pricing decision products
  • Deep understanding of pricing economics, including customer value, competitiveness, demand, sales, margin, and price perception
  • Experience with pricing intelligence, optimization or recommendations, experimentation, and/or enterprise price execution
  • Experience partnering with Economics and Data Science on models, decision systems, experimentation, and measurement
  • Experience leading complex product portfolios and developing senior product leaders
  • Ability to translate data, science, customer needs, and business strategy into product and investment decisions
  • Experience delivering measurable outcomes through enterprise-scale platforms, cross-functional leadership, and influence
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management
  • Option 2: 15 years’ experience in product management or related area
