Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of scalable, secure software solutions through collaborative engineering teams
Own scoped feature and model delivery aligned with platform and system objectives
Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages
Manage the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, CI/CD, automated testing, and ongoing support
Integrate AI and ML components and generative AI tools
Participate in solution design and evaluate trade-offs
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes
Monitor application performance and support continuous improvement through proactive testing and observability
Deliver high-throughput, low-latency services, APIs, and AI/ML components at scale

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming
Documentation-based coding practices
Experience delivering scoped features
Experience managing the full software development lifecycle
CI/CD and automated testing
Proficiency in debugging and code review
Continuous development methodologies
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
Experience integrating AI/ML components
Experience leveraging generative AI tools
Demonstrated technical judgment and adaptability to evolving technologies
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
