About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with the Head of Product to shape and scale the merchant side of the platform.
- Own merchant facing surfaces end-to-end, checkout SDKs, the merchant dashboard, onboarding and KYB, settlement and reporting.
- Drive the discovery work behind the roadmap, talking directly to merchants and integrators.
- Own metrics like merchant activation, integration time-to-first-transaction, checkout conversion, and settlement reliability.
- Work closely with BD, compliance, and consumer wallet teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in product / engineering management building merchant-facing, B2B, or platform products.
- Payments, fintech, or e-commerce infrastructure experience.
- API and platform product experience.
- Web3 experience is NOT required but it's a plus.
- Applies AI tools as a core workflow.
- Merchant operations empathy.
- Spec-driven and architecturally literate.
- Converts complexity into clarity.
