Key Account Manager, AC

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own, manage, and scale a portfolio of strategic AC customers within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to hit and exceed revenue, market share, and profitability targets
- Lead the entire sales process—from initial discovery and qualifying high-value opportunities to complex proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Actively build a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and representing the company at major industry events
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders to analyze performance, provide insights, and uncover new growth areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B Key Account Management or New Business Sales
- Hybrid Seller: mix of a "Hunter" and a "Farmer"
- Expert in solution-selling with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and multi-site project deployments
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers
- Disciplined with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Deep understanding of the EV infrastructure landscape is a significant plus.
