Business Development Representative
Wallbox ChargersBusiness Development Representative focusing on generating demand in connectivity and e-mobility sectors. Identifying business opportunities and supporting partner pipelines in a leading energy solutions company.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identification and qualification of new business opportunities (Residential, SME, Light Commercial AC)
- All ABL products, AC/DC/Connectivity
- Conduct outbound activities (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to engage end customers, installers, and decision-makers
- Handover qualified leads to sales partners (distributors, VARs, installers)
- Support partner pipeline with qualified opportunities
- Market analysis to identify new installer networks and B2B customers
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to prioritize opportunities
- Participate in channel marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce)
- Activate and support distributors and their branches
- Conduct external product trainings
- Represent the company at trade fairs and in-house exhibitions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Work experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation is an advantage
- Completed technical training or degree in business, electrical engineering, energy engineering, or comparable
- Experience in outbound sales and pipeline building (direct/indirect channels)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (B2B & B2C)
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Structured, proactive, and target-oriented working style with focus on KPIs, lead generation, and partner development
- Ideally experience in technical, electrical, or energy environments
- English skills are an advantage; additional languages are a plus
