About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identification and qualification of new business opportunities (Residential, SME, Light Commercial AC)
  • All ABL products, AC/DC/Connectivity
  • Conduct outbound activities (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to engage end customers, installers, and decision-makers
  • Handover qualified leads to sales partners (distributors, VARs, installers)
  • Support partner pipeline with qualified opportunities
  • Market analysis to identify new installer networks and B2B customers
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to prioritize opportunities
  • Participate in channel marketing campaigns for lead generation
  • Maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce)
  • Activate and support distributors and their branches
  • Conduct external product trainings
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and in-house exhibitions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Work experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation is an advantage
  • Completed technical training or degree in business, electrical engineering, energy engineering, or comparable
  • Experience in outbound sales and pipeline building (direct/indirect channels)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (B2B & B2C)
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Structured, proactive, and target-oriented working style with focus on KPIs, lead generation, and partner development
  • Ideally experience in technical, electrical, or energy environments
  • English skills are an advantage; additional languages are a plus
