About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own, manage, and scale a portfolio of strategic AC customers within your assigned territory, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies to hit and exceed revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Lead the entire sales process—from initial discovery and qualifying high-value opportunities to complex proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Actively build a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and representing the company at major industry events.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for new contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders to analyze performance, provide insights, and uncover new growth areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B Key Account Management or New Business Sales, preferably within the EV charging, technical, or renewable energy sectors.
  • You are a rare mix of a "Hunter" (closing large new deals) and a "Farmer" (growing existing strategic partnerships).
  • Expert in solution-selling with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and multi-site project deployments.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Disciplined with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and a fan of structured account planning.
  • Deep understanding of the EV infrastructure landscape is a significant plus.
