Account Executive – DACH
Wallbox ChargersAccount Executive driving sell-in revenue by managing distributors and value-added resellers in DACH region. Collaborating closely with sales teams to maximize market potential.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent management, development and expansion of distributors, wholesalers and VAR partners within the assigned sales territory
- Negotiation of sell-in orders, stock agreements and joint sales and promotional activities
- Development and implementation of joint business plans, including revenue, growth and target agreements
- Close collaboration with the BDR team to successfully convert the sell-out pipeline into sustainable sell-in revenue
- Conduct price, terms and annual review meetings with distributors and sales partners
- Preparation of forecasts and close coordination with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Sales and Product Management
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to analyze performance, potential and growth opportunities
- Planning and delivery of external product and sales training for partners and customers
- Representation of the company at trade shows, in-house events and relevant industry conferences
- Identification of new market opportunities and establishment of long-term partnerships in the fields of e-mobility and industrial connection technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in channel sales, key account management or partner development, ideally in a technical, electrical engineering or energy-related environment
- Completed technical training or a degree in business, electrical engineering, energy engineering or a comparable qualification
- Proven success in developing sales partners as well as in sell-in negotiations and revenue responsibility
- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills, including price and margin management
- Experience in developing and executing joint business plans with distributors and sales partners
- Analytical, data-driven working style with an understanding of sell-in/sell-out dynamics and forecasting
- Confident use of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and experience in pipeline and forecast management
- Ability to work cross-functionally with BDR, marketing and sales teams to drive demand
- Ideally an existing network in electrical wholesale or the e-mobility sector
- High degree of initiative, structured working methods and strong customer orientation
- Willingness to travel within the sales territory
- Good English skills are an advantage; additional languages are a plus
