About the role
- Lead commercial expansion across key countries within the New Markets Region
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic AC and DC customers.
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Define and execute market entry and growth strategies
- Negotiate commercial agreements and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, service)
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory)
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to: Drive new business development (hunter mindset), Manage and expand strategic accounts (farmer mindset), Influence and negotiate with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Highly autonomous, able to operate with limited supervision
- Strong results-driven mindset, with a focus on growth and performance
- Hands-on profile with strong execution capabilities in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
