About the role

  • Lead commercial expansion across key countries within the New Markets Region
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic AC and DC customers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Define and execute market entry and growth strategies
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, service)

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory)
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to: Drive new business development (hunter mindset), Manage and expand strategic accounts (farmer mindset), Influence and negotiate with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Highly autonomous, able to operate with limited supervision
  • Strong results-driven mindset, with a focus on growth and performance
  • Hands-on profile with strong execution capabilities in dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
