About the role

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Ensure a strong, scalable compliance framework aligned with public-company requirements
  • Own the ERP and transformation roadmap
  • Provide executive oversight of SOX controls
  • Define and lead the corporate transformation roadmap, including ERP strategy, and operating model evolution in partnership with Finance, IT and Sales
  • Establish controls-by-design, ensuring SOX and compliance requirements are embedded in processes and systems
  • Oversee corporate compliance frameworks (SOX) and regulatory readiness with finance info
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership on transformation, systems governance and risk

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in transformation, finance, consulting, or corporate leadership roles, including public-company exposure
  • ERP implementations, large-scale transformation, SOX governance, and operating model design
  • People leadership, strong executive communication, and stakeholder influence
  • ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite), EPM and transformation governance frameworks
  • Big 4 advisory or top-tier consulting background (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience leading transformation in a listed or highly regulated company (Nice-to-Have)
