About the role

  • Handling organizational and administrative tasks in the sales process — from receiving customer inquiries and preparing quotes to data maintenance and monitoring.
  • Supporting agencies in the back office, including processing availability inquiries, placing options/holds, and executing orders (Programmatic & IO).
  • Close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Supporting project execution (e.g., tool implementations, process optimizations, or product launches).
  • Performing bookings in internal booking tools and monitoring contract terms and budgets.
  • Reviewing campaigns on both quantitative and qualitative levels; analyzing optimization opportunities including campaign monitoring, troubleshooting, and bug localization.
  • Advising on possible digital and analog Out of Home campaign implementations.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Marketing Communications Clerk) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in a back-office role within the media environment or in operational campaign management.
  • Confident skills in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ideally experience with CRM systems.
  • Quick comprehension, solution-oriented and structured working style, and a strong quality awareness.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good technical understanding and a passion for learning and optimizing technical processes.
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
