About the role
- You are independently responsible for advising our diverse agency partners and for creating needs-based, demand-driven offerings aimed at new client acquisition and development of existing accounts (Agency Partnership).
- You act as a partner to your agency portfolio, developing digital and programmatic monetization and campaign strategies and providing actionable recommendations based on reporting analyses.
- You make strategic recommendations regarding current developments in the digital and media landscape, including market and competitive dynamics, technologies, and target audiences.
- You work closely with Product and Data Management to drive user-centered development of our digital and programmatic offerings.
- You take on the conception, moderation and evaluation of workshops and events and create sales materials and presentations related to our Programmatic Products.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a digital agency environment or in a sales role marketing digital advertising campaigns.
- You enjoy being part of the digital industry and are familiar with digital and media agencies and the DSP landscape.
- You bring expertise in the digital or media sector – ideally you already have experience in programmatic advertising and in developing creative campaigns.
- A high degree of initiative and a structured way of working are very important to us.
- You are proactive and possess strong presentation skills.
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office as well as business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
