About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and lead motion and video production capability in-house.
- Own end-to-end creation of motion content across campaigns, social media, product storytelling, and events.
- Shape WalkMe's visual motion language at global scale.
- Drive motion deliverables from brief to final asset without requiring day-to-day project management oversight.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven senior-level motion design skills with a strong portfolio across brand, product, and campaign formats.
- Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Proficient in Figma, with experience collaborating inside design files alongside brand and product designers.
- Deep, hands-on experience with the AI motion and generative video landscape.
- Experience building and operating node-based pipelines (ComfyUI or equivalent).
- Experience designing automation workflows using AI tools and platforms (n8n, Make, Claude/GPT-based pipelines, or similar).
- A clear point of view on AI tooling.
- Experience briefing, directing, and QA-ing work produced by freelancers or external vendors.
- Highly self-directed.
