About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the central operational hub for WalkMe’s international footprint.
- Serve as a dedicated resource for the Global HR team.
- Execute end to end processes for onboarding, offboarding, and total rewards.
- Collaborate with global Payroll, Finance, Office Operations, and IT teams.
- Monitor and maintain personnel records and HR policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a closely related operational field.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across a global team.
- Experience processing data changes and maintaining records within HRIS platforms.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform data analysis.
- A sharp eye for details when managing complex administrative tasks.
- Provide supportive, human-focused guidance to WalkMe Team Members.
- A genuine passion for people and a service oriented attitude.
