About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the central operational hub for WalkMe’s international footprint.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource for the Global HR team.
  • Execute end to end processes for onboarding, offboarding, and total rewards.
  • Collaborate with global Payroll, Finance, Office Operations, and IT teams.
  • Monitor and maintain personnel records and HR policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a closely related operational field.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across a global team.
  • Experience processing data changes and maintaining records within HRIS platforms.
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform data analysis.
  • A sharp eye for details when managing complex administrative tasks.
  • Provide supportive, human-focused guidance to WalkMe Team Members.
  • A genuine passion for people and a service oriented attitude.
