About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Communicate directly with borrowers and legal counsel to gather documentation, clarify request details, and facilitate the consent review process
  • Assist with the preparation of consents packages for submission
  • Create reports and dashboards related to consent activity, borrower submissions, and processing timelines
  • Update portfolio databases (Salesforce, Rockport, Enterprise, Agency Systems, etc.)
  • Organize and maintain Asset Management electronic records (contact database, consent files, reports)
  • Maintain accurate digital records of consent submissions, approvals, and required supporting documentation
  • Communicate with clients to determine appropriate loan arrangements as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Excel, and experience with database software
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate data quickly and present information in a coherent manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Legal document, title, and survey knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes
  • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Ability to travel and operate a motor vehicle
