About the role

  • We are Walker & Dunlop. We are one of the largest providers of capital to the commercial real estate industry, enabling real estate owners and operators to bring their visions of communities — where people live, work, shop, and play — to life. WDTech is W&D’s in-house technology team – a group of collaborative and highly skilled technology professionals, all of whom are leading experts in real estate data, data science, and technology. As a Product Manager, you will execute Walker & Dunlop’s data strategy across data governance, business intelligence, machine learning/artificial intelligence, and data warehousing. Own end-to-end solutions that enhance business decisions and drive growth, leveraging strategic thinking, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset. Collaborate across teams to build partnerships, stay informed of industry trends, and align priorities with OKRs to measure impact. Deliver consistent value to customers from data products and services and manage a backlog of strategic opportunities and enhancements. Conduct discovery and analysis to define initiatives and acceptance criteria aligned with team OKRs. Understand core operational, market, and corporate data sets and create feedback loops to measure performance, satisfaction, and impact. Uphold data and product lifecycle standards and policies; triage and drive issues to resolution; promote product adoption and build data literacy.
