About the role

  • Manage weekly updates to Templafy based on requests received through the templafy@ email, ensuring templates stay current and accurate
  • Add, update, and maintain staff bios on the website, following established brand and content standards
  • Assist the POT team with basic report layout support, including formatting and visual cleanup
  • Improve asset organization in OpenAsset by adding tags and categorization to increase searchability and usability
  • Publish simple website content such as blog posts, announcements, and news items using existing content and guidance
  • Update office TVs with current videos, announcements, and internal content to keep messaging fresh and relevant
  • Support other Corporate Creative tasks as needed, including light design assistance, content prep, and administrative cleanup

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with repeatable tasks
  • Interest in marketing, design, or creative operations
  • Basic familiarity with websites, content management systems, or design tools
  • Ability to follow standards and ask questions when something is unclear
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable at juggling multiple small tasks
  • Clear communicator who can take direction and work independently once trained
  • Nice to Have
  • Exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign
  • Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, or templated document systems
  • Experience working with digital asset libraries or content platforms
  • Interest in learning how creative and proposal teams collaborate
