About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, process, and manage purchase orders within NetSuite
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify replenishment needs
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, confirm deliveries, and resolve supply issues
- Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and supplier records within the ERP system
- Track purchase orders from creation through receipt and ensure timely updates
- Partner with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to support inventory accuracy and material availability
- Track outgoing shipments, resolve customs-related issues, and ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Monitor lead times and communicate potential supply chain risks or delays to internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency across purchasing and inventory processes
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams located at Waites World HQ in Cincinnati, Ohio
- Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or an administrative operations role
- Experience working within an ERP system is required - NetSuite experience is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing purchase orders and inventory records
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a strong focus on delivering a customer-delight experience in every interaction
