About the role
- Develop and oversee company-wide strategy, including designing, implementing, and managing OKRs across all departments.
- Build dashboards and define key metrics to serve as the company's single source of truth.
- Record, track, and report on strategic initiatives linked to OKRs and identify leading indicators to measure performance and recommend course corrections.
- Work closely with the CEO, preparing for and facilitating strategy meetings with senior leadership and ensuring strategic information is organized, accessible, and actionable.
- Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations on company performance for the Board of Directors and leadership team.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic narratives.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, MixPanel, Segment).
- Familiarity with SQL and Google Apps Script for process automation is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/LLMs and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to enhance workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build, automate, and optimize processes.
