About the role

  • Design, implement, and manage OKRs across all departments to align high-level vision with measurable outcomes
  • Build dashboards and define key metrics to serve as the company's single source of truth
  • Record, track, and report on strategic initiatives linked to OKRs
  • Identify leading indicators to measure performance and recommend course corrections
  • Work closely with the CEO, preparing for and facilitating strategy meetings with senior leadership
  • Ensure strategic information is organized, accessible, and actionable
  • Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations on company performance for the Board of Directors and leadership team
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic narratives

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy at a high-growth technology company
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, MixPanel, Segment)
  • Familiarity with SQL and Google Apps Script for process automation is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/LLMs and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build, automate, and optimize processes
