About the role

  • Define and drive the growth strategy for iWill, iWaqf and Wahed Wills: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
  • Translate business objectives into measurable growth goals and channel-level KPIs.
  • Build customer personas and segment audiences to tailor messaging and offers.
  • Lead customer acquisition through digital channels (SEO, content, social, email, website).
  • Generate and optimise landing pages, funnels, onboarding flows, and conversion paths.
  • Run high-velocity experimentation — A/B tests, copy variations, offers, scripts, and UX patterns.
  • Build on our digital footprint - overhaul our existing websites by creating new brand guidelines.
  • Establish frameworks to nurture users post-signup (emails, reminders, value education).
  • Build dashboards, run cohort analyses, and use quantitative insights to fuel decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth, performance marketing, product-led growth, or similar roles with measurable impact.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience with data tools, funnel analytics, CRO, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills execution focus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling propositions across audiences.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience in financial services, legal/estate tech, or consumer services.
  • Familiarity with Islamic inheritance principles and cultural considerations.
  • Knowledge of CRM, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), A/B testing tools.
