About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and support Business Developers throughout Ontario
  • Conduct regular field coaching and customer-facing sales support
  • Drive accountability through KPI management and performance reviews
  • Support hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management initiatives
  • Ensure CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy across the region
  • Build and execute territory and regional growth strategies
  • Collaborate with Business Developers on opportunity development and pipeline growth
  • Support strategic customer acquisition and relationship development
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive threats
  • Deliver regular reporting to executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of direct outside B2B field sales management experience
  • Experience managing quota-carrying field sales representatives
  • Proven success coaching and developing outside sales teams
  • Strong forecasting, territory management, and pipeline management experience
  • Experience driving KPI accountability and sales performance management
  • Strong customer relationship development and revenue growth experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • CRM and sales enablement tool experience required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable personal vehicle required
  • Valid passport with ability to travel to the United States
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
