Field Sales Team Lead – Automotive Dealerships

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly in automotive dealerships across the GTA
- Support and ride along with sales reps in the field
- Run product demonstrations in service and shop environments
- Assist with customer conversations and on-site sales execution
- Coach basic field sales behaviors through real-time support
- Help drive territory activity and account growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years Business to Business experience (automotive-related a strong asset)
- 3+ years experience coaching or supporting others in the field - Required
- Comfortable working in dealership and shop environments
- Valid driver’s license with GTA travel required
- Able to be on your feet and active throughout the day
