About the role
- General review of contracts for billing compliance\n
- Compile, analyze, and report project financial metrics\n
- Review and approve new projects set-ups company-wide \n
- Assists Collections Manager with receivable collections \n
- Maintain financial project data for group of Project Managers\n
- Work with the Project Managers to ensure the accuracy/integrity of the project data from timesheet entry through invoicing\n
- Verify labor and expenses charged to projects\n
- Assist Project Managers with invoicing in a timely and accurate manner\n
- Perform various steps involved in the invoicing/collection cycle\n
- Constant interaction with Project Managers \n
- General review of contracts for billing compliance\n
- Assist Operations Accounting Manager in varied project accounting functions & analyses \n
- Maintain excellent client relations\n
- Maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Accounting or business-related associate degree; minimum of three years experience; bachelor's degree preferred.\n
- 3+ years of related experience required.\n
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, predominantly Excel.\n
- Presentation, organizational, strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills are required.\n
- Potential travel may be required.\n
- Prior invoice/billing experience preferred.\n
- Familiarity with BST Enterprise is a plus.\n
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related discipline is preferred.
