Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end responsibility for modern quality assurance and test automation
Further development of the testing environment and support in building a test center
Design, implementation and operation of test pipelines
Ensuring robust software quality through manual and automated testing
Analysis, prioritization and long-term resolution of technical issues
Development and optimization of efficient test strategies and verification processes
Expansion of effective test automation and technical QA structures
Active contribution to the development of stable, scalable software solutions
Close collaboration with development teams to continuously improve code quality and delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation
Solid experience designing, implementing and maintaining automated tests (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
Experience building and operating CI/CD and test pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Good knowledge of API, integration and end-to-end testing
Confident use of modern development tools and version control (Git)
Experience analyzing, prioritizing and permanently resolving defects
Know‑how in developing test strategies, quality standards and QA processes
Understanding of agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and close collaboration with development teams
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Ideally experience in building or advancing QA/test organizations
Nice-to-have programming skills in Java, Python or TypeScript
Nice-to-have experience with performance and load testing
Nice-to-have knowledge of cloud and container technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
Nice-to-have ISTQB certification or comparable qualification
