Responsible for scalable end-to-end IoT architectures across edge, gateway, and cloud
Independently design the overall system architecture
Design robust, secure, and highly available IoT communication solutions based on technical requirements
Define and integrate protocols, interfaces, and data models with attention to scalability, performance, and security-by-design
Provide technical leadership and hands-on development of embedded, edge, and backend components, including code reviews and coaching
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain robust architecture, system, and security documentation

Requirements

Experience in system architecture
Experience developing IoT or distributed systems
Experience with IoT communication architectures
Experience with distributed, resource-constrained systems (embedded/edge)
Network technologies and wireless communication
Cloud and IoT platforms
Nice to have: IoT radio/wireless technologies
Nice to have: device management, OTA updates, and lifecycle management
Nice to have: IoT security experience
German language skills
