About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- organize day-to-day back-office operations and support the Managing Director with administrative and commercial tasks
- maintain master data, files and internal reports
- coordinate the vehicle fleet, manage lease agreements and support branch projects
- structure and continuously improve existing processes
- act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training
- Relevant professional experience in coordination/administrative roles
- Confident user of the MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel, and experience with ERP systems
- Fluent German skills, spoken and written (native or at least C1)
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Reliable, meticulous and independent working style
