About the role

  • Create and place job postings for our commercial/operational area
  • Set up and manage Facebook campaigns to attract applicants
  • Review and pre-screen incoming applications
  • Conduct initial telephone interviews and forward suitable candidates to the relevant department
  • Actively support the recruiting process
  • Analyze current trends and implement relevant measures
  • Collect and analyze key performance metrics

Requirements

  • Some experience in a service-oriented role, as a customer advisor or call center agent — career changers are welcome
  • Good MS Office skills and business-fluent German
  • Enthusiasm, combined with strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Structured and goal-oriented working style, with a high degree of initiative, persistence, and the ability to work well in a team
