About the role
- Create and place job postings for our commercial/operational area
- Set up and manage Facebook campaigns to attract applicants
- Review and pre-screen incoming applications
- Conduct initial telephone interviews and forward suitable candidates to the relevant department
- Actively support the recruiting process
- Analyze current trends and implement relevant measures
- Collect and analyze key performance metrics
Requirements
- Some experience in a service-oriented role, as a customer advisor or call center agent — career changers are welcome
- Good MS Office skills and business-fluent German
- Enthusiasm, combined with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Structured and goal-oriented working style, with a high degree of initiative, persistence, and the ability to work well in a team
