About the role
- Creating and placing job advertisements for our commercial area
- Setting up and managing Facebook campaigns to attract applicants
- Screening and pre-selection of incoming applications
- Conducting initial telephone interviews and forwarding suitable candidates to the relevant department
- Active support in the recruiting process
- Analyzing current trends and implementing them
- Recording and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Some experience in a service-oriented role, e.g., as a customer advisor or call center agent — career changers are also welcome
- Good MS Office skills and business-fluent German (verhandlungssicher)
- Enthusiasm, combined with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Structured and goal-oriented working style, as well as a high degree of initiative, resilience, and ability to work in a team
