About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform field inspections, system validation, and quality reviews of fire alarm installations
- Troubleshoot and support **EST / EST4 fire alarm systems**
- Partner with project teams, technicians, customers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges
- Ensure installations meet customer expectations, code requirements, and Wachter quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Travel within an assigned region supporting national account locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- **NICET Fire Alarm Certification preferred**
- Hands-on fire alarm installation, service, commissioning, or inspection experience
- Strong knowledge of **EST / EST4 systems** (preferred)
- Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions in the field
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
- Self-driven professional who enjoys ownership and problem-solving
- Ability to travel regionally as needed
