About the role
- Assist in planning, setting up, and delivering multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite).
- Help segment player databases to ensure targeted and relevant communications.
- Monitor campaign results and contribute to performance reports.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to support campaign delivery.
- Assist with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Gain exposure to CRM tools and data management.
- Support execution of customer communication campaigns and contribute to player engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in CRM, marketing, or a digital environment (including internships, student projects, or placements are welcome).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude, with willingness to learn.
- Excellent command of English, especially written (native level preferred).
- Authorization to work in country of application without need for visa & work-permit sponsorship (application form question).
