• Lead the relationship and represent YGG Play's interests with third party studios
• Provide critical feedback on product and monetization strategies to ensure commercial success
• Ultimately responsible for the smooth launch, operation, and P&L management of third-party games on behalf of YGG Play
• Lead a third-party game from development through to launch demonstrating full ownership and understanding of publishing process
• Manage at least one post-launch game to increase or maintain monetization and performance
• Standardize and formalize the company's approach to third-party games publishing, creating repeatable and scalable processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party studio counterparts
• Travel multiple times per year for team meetings and events
