About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Travel the defined territory to grow business through direct face to face contact with customer base.
  • Builds customer relationships through face-to-face interactions, telephone conversations, e-mail correspondences, and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally, to develop and service new and existing business.
  • Plan, implement, and execute sales strategy to include: quarterly business reviews, price maintenance, negotiations, profitability, and revenue growth.
  • Utilize CRM, Hubspot, as a tool to track opportunities, and drive the business.
  • Utilize data from reporting to drive strategy, growth and profitability.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, industrial is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated computer and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance coverage, and access to a vehicle
  • Standard business hours and overnight travel – up to 50%.
