About the role

  • Partner Marketing Strategy & Program Execution
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing programs with integration, referral, and reseller partners to generate leads and sales pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create campaigns including webinars, case studies, co-branded content, email, social, and event sponsorships
  • Develop and distribute partner marketing collateral including presentations, one-pagers, email templates, asset libraries aligned to both brands
  • Influencing Demand Generation & Measurement
  • Establish and track key performance metrics: lead volume, quality, conversion, ROI, and attribution across partner-sourced initiatives
  • Use HubSpot and Salesforce platforms to track and optimize growth
  • Relationship & Ecosystem Management
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison with partners, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, campaigns, and timelines
  • Support partner onboarding and training on Würk’s solutions, positioning strategies, and co-marketing best practices
  • Maintain Würk’s partner marketplace, featuring co-branded assets and landing pages
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align campaign execution and partnership growth based on client needs and recommendations
  • Provide leadership and partners with regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations for new partnerships and integrations

Requirements

  • 3+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, product marketing or business development—preferably in SaaS/B2B tech
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Demonstrable success in planning and executing co-marketing campaigns that drive measurable demand/revenue
  • Strong strategic vision for partner marketing plans, with the ability to analyze partner fit and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build effective partner relationships
  • Robust project management capabilities—balancing multiple campaigns, internal and partner deliverables, and timelines
  • Content expertise: ability to lead creation of high‑impact partner content—blog posts, webinars, case studies, social media content
  • Data‑driven mindset: proficiency in tracking KPIs and deriving optimization opportunities
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing, lead‑attribution frameworks, and marketing automation tools
  • Exposure to compliance‑regulated industries (e.g. cannabis, alcohol, healthcare) a strong plus
