About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes
- Screen resumes and actively source candidates (candidate hunting)
- Align job profiles with hiring managers
- Conduct interviews (online and in-person)
- Prepare evaluation reports and support hiring decisions
- Manage schedules and candidate communications
- Provide feedback to candidates
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms and channels
- Populate and update recruitment systems
- Maintain and develop a talent pool/database
- Monitor recruitment & selection metrics
- Support hiring/onboarding processes (collection and verification of documents)
- Support new employee onboarding
- Contribute to engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in organizing corporate campaigns and events
- Update departmental controls and spreadsheets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or technologist degree
- Resume screening and analysis
- End-to-end recruitment and selection
- Competency-based interviewing
- Aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Candidate communication
- Online interviews (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
- Management of multiple open positions
