About the role

  • You will manage and supervise partners and other external contractors during the construction and execution phases from Final Investment Decision (FID) to Commercial Operation Date (COD).
  • At project level, you are responsible for meeting budget, schedule and quality objectives.
  • Contract, change order and claim management in dealings with partners are also part of your duties.
  • You will monitor construction progress, relevant milestones, costs and risks and report regularly to the Director Construction & Execution.
  • From Ready-to-Build (RTB) through to the Final Investment Decision (FID), you will contribute by reviewing and validating various measures.
  • You will ensure a structured acceptance, commissioning and handover of projects to Asset Management.

Requirements

  • A completed apprenticeship as an electrician or technician provides a solid foundation.
  • Alternatively, you hold a degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring at least five years of relevant professional experience in EPC projects, construction or infrastructure.
  • Ideally, you have already worked on energy or BESS projects and are familiar with the specific requirements of this environment.
  • Your methodological strengths include project controlling, scheduling, contract management and effective reporting.
