About the role

  • Set up and maintain pricing and promotional details across systems and platforms while maintaining approved margins.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure promotions are launched on time and accurately.
  • Support updates to pricing and promotional materials as needed.
  • Monitor changes to pricing and promotional materials, ensuring proper approvals are documented and version history is maintained.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and help test new approaches to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain SOPs and keep training materials up to date.
  • Support creation of training guides or checklists for new team members or system updates.
  • Participate in user testing for new tools or system upgrades and provide feedback.
  • Assist with change management by communicating process changes and supporting training sessions or Q&A follow-ups.
  • Respond to questions from merchandising, operations, and customer service teams regarding pricing and promotional processes.
  • Help troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
  • Attend team meetings and planning sessions to stay informed on upcoming promotions, pricing changes, and process updates.
  • Maintain organized records of pricing and promotion documents, including calendars, approvals, and retailer guidelines.
  • Ensure files are clearly labeled and easy to locate.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Minimum Experience 5 years in retail operations, pricing, or customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, pricing, or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of retail pricing and promotions.
  • Experience with major ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to complete time-sensitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data management tools, and performance reporting.
