About the role

  • Planning, installation, and configuration of IT systems and networks
  • Administration and maintenance of the existing IT infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution, and providing support to our employees (m/f/d)
  • Assisting with the implementation of new software solutions and systems
  • Contributing to the optimization of IT processes and the ongoing development of the infrastructure
  • Ensuring system stability and IT security

Requirements

  • Good technical understanding and interest in IT topics
  • Secondary school diploma (at least intermediate level) or applicants who have discontinued university studies
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Initial experience with computers and networks is a plus
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a structured way of working
  • Willingness to learn and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies
  • Interest in a long-term career in the IT field
