About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting reports
Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation
Assist with tax preparation and related filings
Perform additional accounting duties and projects as assigned
Serve as a go-to resource for accounting matters across teams and business entities

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Experience with modern accounting/ERP systems required, such as NetSuite, Sage, or QuickBooks Online
NetSuite experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone business hours
Approximately 10% travel to Northern Ohio offices
Must address whether sponsorship will be required to work in the US
