Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role
  • Experience supporting clinical, healthcare, or field-based workforces
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Working knowledge of California employment law preferred
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data
