Design, implement, and improve education, quality, and accreditation programs
Develop and manage training curriculum for clinical staff
Design and deliver palliative care-specific education programs
Integrate value-based care principles into training frameworks
Oversee simulation-based training and competency assessments
Lead the organization's QA/QI program and establish quality metrics
Analyze clinical and operational data for improvement
Collaborate with the Compliance Department for regulatory education

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or equivalent)
8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare
At least 4 years in palliative care, hospice, or home health settings
Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical education, training program development, and quality improvement
Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and at least one full accreditation cycle
Deep knowledge of value-based care models
Proficiency with QI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA) and data analysis tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaboration across geographically distributed, interdisciplinary care teams
