About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and improve education, quality, and accreditation programs
  • Develop and manage training curriculum for clinical staff
  • Design and deliver palliative care-specific education programs
  • Integrate value-based care principles into training frameworks
  • Oversee simulation-based training and competency assessments
  • Lead the organization's QA/QI program and establish quality metrics
  • Analyze clinical and operational data for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Department for regulatory education

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or equivalent)
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare
  • At least 4 years in palliative care, hospice, or home health settings
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical education, training program development, and quality improvement
  • Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and at least one full accreditation cycle
  • Deep knowledge of value-based care models
  • Proficiency with QI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA) and data analysis tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaboration across geographically distributed, interdisciplinary care teams
