About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and improve education, quality, and accreditation programs
- Develop and manage training curriculum for clinical staff
- Design and deliver palliative care-specific education programs
- Integrate value-based care principles into training frameworks
- Oversee simulation-based training and competency assessments
- Lead the organization's QA/QI program and establish quality metrics
- Analyze clinical and operational data for improvement
- Collaborate with the Compliance Department for regulatory education
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or equivalent)
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare
- At least 4 years in palliative care, hospice, or home health settings
- Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical education, training program development, and quality improvement
- Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and at least one full accreditation cycle
- Deep knowledge of value-based care models
- Proficiency with QI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA) and data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaboration across geographically distributed, interdisciplinary care teams
