About the role
- Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world-class team
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of corporate professionals (Sales, Finance, Operations etc.) and healthcare professionals (LCSWs, RNs, LCMs, etc)
- Demonstrate a willingness to actively recruit for a wide range of roles across the organization, adapting to diverse staffing needs when required
- Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Partner with the broader people team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
- Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, networking, and research
- Screen applicants and conduct video interviews to ensure they meet licensing, certification, education, and experience requirements
- Assist with collecting certification documents, etc.
- Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
- Join quarterly on-site meetings in Los Angeles
Requirements
- 2-3 years of previous in-house full-cycle recruiting experience within Healthcare
- Flexible with the ability to thrive in a changing and fast-paced work environment
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches
- Familiarity with a variety of recruitment practices
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to independently manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
