Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate workshops with IRS stakeholders to identify and prioritize business processes suitable for automation via Agentforce
Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agent Instructions/prompts aligned with IRS policies
Create current-state and future-state process flows identifying opportunities for AI-agent intervention
Define testing strategies for AI grounding and accuracy
Participate in User Acceptance Testing to prevent hallucinations and ensure adherence to security constraints
Develop training materials and documentation for IRS personnel transitioning to autonomous digital assistants

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must hold an active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance
4+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
At least 1 year focused on AI-driven solutions or automated workflows
Practical experience defining Topics and Actions within the Agentforce framework
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification required
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification required
Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and how data feeds the Agent
Expertise in Salesforce Flow
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart
Ability to explain complex AI concepts, including grounding and LLM reasoning, to non-technical federal leadership
