About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate workshops with IRS stakeholders to identify and prioritize business processes suitable for automation via Agentforce
Document detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agent Instructions/prompts to align AI behaviors with IRS policies
Create as-is and to-be process flows, identifying opportunities for AI agents to reduce manual touchpoints and improve data accuracy
Define testing strategies for AI grounding and accuracy
Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure agents avoid hallucinations and follow security constraints
Develop training materials and documentation to help IRS personnel work alongside autonomous digital assistants

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must hold an active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance
4+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
At least 1 year focused on AI-driven solutions or automated workflows
Practical experience defining Topics and Actions within the Agentforce framework
Required Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification
Required Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification
Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud
Expertise in Salesforce Flow
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart
Ability to explain complex AI concepts, including grounding and LLM reasoning, to non-technical federal leadership
